Well after months of waiting my BT exchange finally got upgraded with BE.
BE (owned by O2) offer much faster broadband connections currently than anyone else.
With download speeds up to 24mb and upload speeds up to 2.5mb, it almost seems to good to be true.
I have spoken to a few people who are connected with BE, and on that basis I called BT today and asked them for a MAC migration code so I can jump ship and move to BE.
The pro package is for businesses and also offers a static ip address. All this for £22 inc VAT per month !!! BT are £29.99 + VAT
Transfer should go through in a couple of weeks time, and I'll report back with the speed tests and general impressions.
